Canon Point: Post-game, specifically a significant amount of time after she fell into the Realm of Darkness to save Terra and after the scene where Terra and Ventus' Keyblades save her, but before she meets Ansem the Wise at the Dark Margin in the "Blank Points" secret ending.

Orientation: Bisexual. There's no actual canon evidence for it, but neither is there any saying she's not. She's been asked out by a guy and acted all flustered, but that's about it. Because Kingdom Hearts is mostly about friendship and it's not like she's had a lot of chances to fall in love, what with growing up isolated with her two friends and teacher...but I could see her swinging both ways?
