Orientation: Bisexual. There's no actual canon evidence for it, but neither is there any saying she's not. She's been asked out by a guy and acted all flustered, but that's about it. Because Kingdom Hearts is mostly about friendship and it's not like she's had a lot of chances to fall in love, what with growing up isolated with her two friends and teacher...but I could see her swinging both ways?

Appearance:
The first thing that catches people's attention is probably Aqua's colouring with her blue hair and eyes. It certainly doesn't help that her clothes are obviously those from another world. Even without all that, though there is something striking about the way she looks. Despite how little attention she pays to her own appearance, Aqua is quite pretty. More than that, she carries herself with a quiet sort of grace and confidence that sets her apart from the crowd. She's pretty enough to catch the eye, but not beautiful to the point where people would be intimidated by her. Coupled with a generally warm disposition, she gives a very approachable feeling to others.
Personality:
A serious, strong-willed young woman whose sense of right and wrong never wavers, Aqua sometimes gives the impression of being aloof to those who do not know her well especially when she's completely focused on completing her mission or taking care of her responsibilities. But she is neither cold nor distant. In fact, she feels very strongly for those close to her and has a kind heart. However, Aqua hardly shows too much outward emotion except when in situations involving her friends. Coupled with her strong sense of responsibility, Aqua is a reliable person. She is also hard-working and driven, as can see by the way she has worked towards her dream of becoming a Keyblade Master.
When put in a more relaxed situation, she acts like an older sister figure: gentle and always fretting over the people around her. The only time she's ever acted in anger were when her friends were being hurt or slandered. Her friends are her strength, and even when certain occurences may cause her belief in them to waver a little, ultimately she will never stop believing in them. This belief in her friends is what gave her strength to keep looking for a way out of the Realm of Darkness instead of just giving up. This is why, she gets along well with almost anyone who values friendship or who treasures the people around them.
Though strong-willed, she's willing to listen to other people's ideas and thoughts, and she is not so quick to jump to conclusions. For example, since she left the Land of Departure to embark on her journey, she has learnt that the way to fight darkness may not be by using the light, which was what her teacher had taught her, though she's not sure yet how you should fight it then. But, as mentioned above, her belief in her friends is very strong. It would take some very damning evidence to mkae her believe something bad of them, and even then, she will likely ask her friends for confirmation themselves. If they deny having done it, she would believe them.
Also, despite having achieved the Mark of Mastery, Aqua does not think of herself as a master of any kind. Instead, she constantly tells people that she is still a learner. In fact, since receiving the title of master she has only referred to herself as "Master Aqua" once, and that was against the man who had led her friend down the path of darkness and stolen his body. This is not self-deprecation, but humility, because Aqua knows that there is still much that she can learn and, master or not, it is important to acknowledge that.
Most of the time, Aqua seems mature beyond her age, but if she becomes embarrassed will stammer and blush and, if being asked for a date, would cite her responsibilities as an excuse and maybe even try to run away. The unfortunate thing, however, of being mature and dependable is that sometimes she feels like she always needs to be mature and dependable. She's so used to taking care of other people that she's not good at letting other people take care of her.
Aqua's training also means that she spent most of her time, well, training, and doesn't really know how to act like a girl her age and is always horribly awkward when she needs to.
Also, while she will never hesitate to defend a friend, she is not as quick to jump to her own defense verbally. Even with the people who have known her for practically her whole life, this has created misunderstandings and arguments.
And she will continue to believe in her friends. While this is a strength, it is also her weakness, because she will believe them even if there are indications that she shouldn't. For example, until the end, she still believes that her friend will overcome the darkness, even when he keeps showing trouble keeping it at bay (but...I guess she was right at the very, very end. But this was after Terra did succumb to the darkness...so yeah...)
Abilities:
Keyblade: Aqua has the ability to summon a weapon known as a Keyblade, a weapon that only answers to those with a strong heart. It can be used like a sword and also has the ability to open all locks. The Keyblade can also be turned into something called a Keyblade Glider. It can also be used to attack and defend. Another ability she has that's possibly related to the Keyblade is the ability to see the darkness or light inside a person's heart.
Magic: gifted in magic, Aqua is capable of casting a range of different spells including healing spells, barrier, elemental spells and ones that affect space and time. She can also imbue objects with simple charms
Fighting abilities: She's been training to fight since a young age. While not a powerhouse by any means, her agility coupled with her magical abilities, she is still a force to be reckoned with.
Strength of Heart: as implied by her being able to wield a Keyblade, Aqua possesses a strong heart and an unyielding will. She has the determination to see things through no matter how hard it is. Of course, despite this, there are times when she gives in to despair, though usually this is when she's been alone for a long period of time.
D-Links: Aqua's Wayfinder is spelled in such a way so that she can form D-Links with some of the people she meets. These D-Links allow her to access special powers, usually related to the person she formed the D-LInk with for a short while. It also seems to give her the ability to locate the people she formed D-Links with. Or at least find her friends who hold the other two Wayfinders she made.

Hello, my name is Aqua. I've only recently arrived but I've heard that people from our own worlds could have been pulled here as well.
[There is a slight shift in her expression. The smile is still there, but there is something else to it. Could it be hope? Maybe. When she speaks, there is something warmer, almost hopeful and excited in her voice, though it is not very obvious.]
I wonder...has anyone heard of someone called "Terra" or "Ven"? They're my friends. So if anyone's heard of them could you tell me where they are or if they're safe? Thank you.
